What other fees may apply in addition to your base monthly rent?

This guide is designed to help you understand the fees associated with renting one of our homes. It’s all about keeping things simple and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.

These one-time fees cover necessary processing and ensure a smooth and efficient move-in experience.
● Non-Refundable Application Fee: $75 per applicant (18+ years) This covers the cost of screening to ensure a smooth and secure leasing process for all residents.
● Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: $250* Takes the home off the market and secures it for you, giving you peace of mind while you prepare for your move.
● Security Deposit: Approval without conditions will result in a $500 security deposit requirement. Approval with conditions will result in a security deposit requirement equal to one month's rent Protects your interests and ensures the home is well-maintained.
